All members of the Elfin hiring team have access to the information submitted via our career site. All team members are given per-role access only, after having undertaken specific training which includes dealing with confidential data. Should we wish to consider someone for a different position, we would ask for their consent before sharing any details with any other company members, clients, or hiring teams.

How long is the application information stored?

We keep applicant information on our database for a period of 48 months. At the end of the 48 months, or if the applicant requests us to do so earlier, all of the information associated with the application will be deleted. Should any personal data be kept longer than the stated 48-month period, it will only be done so with explicit consent from the applicant.
